We always want to be open and honest with our customers, and we also want you to know how much we truly care about the food we serve.

Our priority has always been simple: to use the best ingredients we can, cook everything fresh, and serve it to you to enjoy. To keep doing that, we sometimes need to make small changes to our prices.

Over recent years, the cost of running a traditional fish and chip shop has risen significantly. The ingredients we rely on every day, especially fresh fish, potatoes and cooking oil, now cost much more than they used to.

Fresh fish, in particular, has become significantly more expensive. Higher fuel costs for fishing boats, reduced catch levels, transport costs and wider supply challenges all affect prices long before the fish reaches our kitchen.

Our everyday running costs have also risen. Energy bills for fryers and refrigeration are higher, packaging costs have increased, and we’re proud to pay our team fair wages for the care and hard work they put into serving our community.

We never raise prices lightly. Any changes are carefully considered and only made when necessary, so we can continue using quality ingredients, cooking fresh to order, and serving the generous portions and friendly service you expect from us.

Our goal has always been, and always will be, to serve great food made with care, at a fair price.
